Prepare.
10-15 minute sessions designed to prepare you for your upcoming session. Search for the movements you will be performing in your workout to receive specialised video program options to activate the muscle groups and joints involved in those movements. Our EXPRESS. sessions condense these down for when you’re short on time, or prefer to prepare with others.
Prevent.
15-25 minute preventative sessions which can be added on to the end of a workout, performed as part of an active recovery protocol or utilised on days you don’t feel up to the higher intensities of your daily program. Expect these sessions to focus on joint stability, tendon and joint tissue integrity and muscular strength and control.
